Product Description

Experience the latest finish option from TAB Performance: Torched Chrome. Designed specifically to complement Harley-Davidson CVO styling, this premium finish adds a unique, high-heat color transition effect that stands out from standard chrome. Each set of TAB 4.5" B.A.M. (Bad Ass Mufflers) Sticks includes two slip-on mufflers, plus your choice of tip design and baffle configuration. Tips can be rotated in 90-degree increments to modify the look in seconds.

These slip-ons feature a removable louvered baffle core that delivers the deep, aggressive exhaust note riders expect from TAB. Pair the system with proper tuning and a stock motorcycle can achieve noticeable horsepower improvements. TAB fuel controllers and high-flow air filters are also available for completing a full Stage 1 upgrade.

Installation is quick and straightforward — most riders can complete the job with just basic tools in around 15 minutes. Factory CVO muffler heat shields are fully compatible, and the system includes TAB’s Limited Lifetime Warranty for added confidence.

These mufflers are manufacturer-declared U.S. 50-state legal emissions replacement parts when installed on 2017-up Harley-Davidson Touring models without additional modifications. Noise requirements vary by region and may restrict street use in some areas.

Fitment
These pipes will fit the following Harley-Davidson FL Touring 2017-Up: Electra Glide Standard Electra Glide Revival Road King Road King Special Street Glide Street Glide Special Street Glide ST CVO Street Glide Road Glide Road Glide Special Road Glide ST Road Glide Ultra CVO Road Glide Electra Glide Ultra Classic Ultra Limited Ultra Limited Low CVO Limited Do NOT fit 2017 - Up Trikes as these use the '95-'16 Model style exhaust. 2023.5 and Up Fitment note: Newer models have taller shocks which move the swingarm closer to the muffler. If you have enough pre-load in the rear shocks, you may encounter a very tight clearance between the muffler and the swingarm. In most cases, the weight of the bike alone will compress the shock enough to provide plenty of clearance. However, enough pre-load will prevent the shock from compressing and can potentially cause the muffler to contact the belt tensioner cam when there is no weight on the bike. If you experience this, you may need to reduce the pre-load just enough so the shock can compress under the weight of the bike. Special Note: The inside of the tip will discolor over time and the LH side will usually start first. This is unavoidable with it being directly in the exhaust path and is not a warrantable issue. If you choose to run the tips the direction of the bags please understand this is not a cosmetic surface and will be more visible when the tips are facing up. International Note: Some international 2021-Up Models use a special gasket in between the muffler and the head pipe. If you have this set-up you will need to replace your headers for any after-market pipe fitment.
