Refund policy
At Outrider Supply Co., our goal is to make sure every rider is confident in their purchase. Because we work with several manufacturing partners and ship some products directly from their facilities, our return and warranty processes must follow each partner’s requirements. Please review the policy below before placing an order.
1. Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept returns for unused, uninstalled items in original condition and packaging.
Return Costs
Many of our products ship free over certain price thresholds, but outbound shipping is not free when returning an item. Therefore:

These charges simply cover the real costs of shipping and returning an item to resellable condition.
Return Window
Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
2. Warranty & Product Issues
Nearly all parts we sell come with a manufacturer-backed warranty that remains valid as long as you have proof of purchase from Outrider.
How warranty claims work
To keep things simple and consistent:

All warranty issues must go through Outrider, not the manufacturer directly.

Description of what’s happening

We coordinate with the manufacturer’s support team on your behalf and guide you through the next steps.
Important

Warranty eligibility is determined by the manufacturer after reviewing photos/details.

Warranty claims are separate from change-of-mind returns and do not incur return-label or restocking fees.
3. Stock Availability & Backorders
Our suppliers maintain high in-stock levels, but occasional backorders can occur.
If an item is unavailable after your order is placed:

We’ll notify you of the delay,
-
And you can choose to wait, swap the item, or receive a full refund.
4. Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items
If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery

We’ll cover the costs of return/replacement shipping
-
A corrected replacement will be sent ASAP
No restocking fees apply to these situations.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless they are defective:

Installed, used, or modified parts

Items not in original packaging

Custom or personalized items

Apparel or merch that has been worn or washed

Clearance or final-sale products
6. How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
Use the Contact page and fill out the Message field with:
