Product Description

Part Number: 121-4297-Tip-Baffle (see breakdown below)

These 4.5" B.A.M. (Bad Ass Mufflers) Sticks from TAB Performance feature a Midnight Chrome finish designed to closely match Harley-Davidson’s black chrome styling. Each set includes two slip-on mufflers along with your selected baffles and tips, giving you full control over both performance and appearance. The tips can be rotated in 90-degree increments, making it easy to fine-tune the look.

Built around TAB’s removable louvered baffle core, these exhausts are engineered to produce the deep, aggressive exhaust note riders expect from the brand. When the motorcycle is properly tuned, many riders can see double-digit horsepower gains on an otherwise stock setup. TAB also offers compatible auto-tuning fuel controllers and high-flow air filter options for those completing a Stage 1 upgrade.

Installation can be completed at home with a basic tool kit, usually in 15 minutes or less. Factory CVO heat shields work seamlessly with these mufflers, and they are classified as manufacturer-declared U.S. 50-state legal emissions replacement components when installed on 2017-up Harley-Davidson Touring models without additional modifications. Noise regulations vary by state, so off-road use may be required in some locations. The product is backed by TAB Performance’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Fitment
These pipes will fit the following Harley-Davidson FL Touring 2017-Up: Electra Glide Standard Electra Glide Revival Road King Road King Special Street Glide Street Glide Special Street Glide ST CVO Street Glide Road Glide Road Glide Special Road Glide ST Road Glide Ultra CVO Road Glide Electra Glide Ultra Classic Ultra Limited Ultra Limited Low CVO Limited Do NOT fit 2017 - Up Trikes as these use the '95-'16 Model style exhaust. 2023.5 and Up Fitment note: Newer models have taller shocks which move the swingarm closer to the muffler. If you have enough pre-load in the rear shocks, you may encounter a very tight clearance between the muffler and the swingarm. In most cases, the weight of the bike alone will compress the shock enough to provide plenty of clearance. However, enough pre-load will prevent the shock from compressing and can potentially cause the muffler to contact the belt tensioner cam when there is no weight on the bike. If you experience this, you may need to reduce the pre-load just enough so the shock can compress under the weight of the bike. Special Note: The inside of the tip will discolor over time and the LH side will usually start first. This is unavoidable with it being directly in the exhaust path and is not a warrantable issue. If you choose to run the tips the direction of the bags please understand this is not a cosmetic surface and will be more visible when the tips are facing up. International Note: Some international 2021-Up Models use a special gasket in between the muffler and the head pipe. If you have this set-up you will need to replace your headers for any after-market pipe fitment.
